A woman has been arrested after two children reported missing from a family assessment centre in London were found in Essex.

A woman has died after a crash between a motorbike and tipper on a road in Cheshire.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the crash on the A533 Northwich Road, near Bartington, at around 4.55pm on Friday (September 15). The road was closed off as police and paramedics responded.
A Benelli TRK motorbike and a Ford Transit flatbed tipper crashed near the entrance to Dones View Farm, Cheshire Police said. A 54-year-old woman from Runcorn - the passenger on the bike - was airlifted the hospital from the scene.

She has since tragically died. Her loved ones are being supported by specialist officers.
The motorbike driver - a 53-year-old man from Runcorn - was also taken to hospital from the scene. He suffered minor injuries and has since been discharged.
The tipper driver, a 29-year-old man was from Runcorn, escaped the crash uninjured. Inspector Steve Griffiths, of the Serious and Complex Collision Investigation Unit, said: This was an incredibly tragic incident, and our thoughts are with the family and friends of the woman who died.
"As part of our investigation, we are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward. We are especially interested in speaking to the occupants of a red motor car which passed the motorcycle immediately prior to the collision who may have valuable information for the investigators.
