A woman has been charged in connection with the death of a man in Paisley last summer.
Robert Fisher, 26, was found seriously injured in the Maxwellton Street following a disturbance on Sunday, July 23, 2023 and tragically later died in hospital four days later.
A 23-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection with the death. She is due to appear before Paisley Sheriff Court on Monday, March 11, and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
Robert's heartbroken partner Lauren Orr paid tribute following his death.
She commented: "At exactly 12.44pm today my handsome boy's heart stopped in my arms. I'm so grateful for the memories Robert I love you with every bone in my body and I don't know how I'm going to live my life without you. You were my rock, my other half, my everything.
"I'm going to try be so strong for you and make you the proudest angel and do everything we planned together. Not only were you my partner, you were my best friend and I am grateful for everything you did for me. And I really pray you could hear me at your last moments on earth.
"Please, please be with me when I'm struggling and help me through this pain. You're the only person I need the most, the only person who took my pain away. Baby I'm going to miss you so much; I can't stand this pain. Forever in my heart and forever my boy."
