Following the procedure, tests should cancer had been present and the Princess of Wales, 42, is now undergoing a course of preventative chemotherapy. Kate will continue to recover out of the public eye and is therefore not expected to be present at the Easter Service.

Kate Middleton was spotted at a farm shop, and Royal fans can't help but notice how "happy and relaxed" she looked.The Princess of Wales and Prince William visited the Windsor Farm Shop, and from the looks of it, Kate is recovering well from her recent health issues. Royal fans took to Twitter to express their happiness on seeing Kate looking well and joyful, just eight weeks after her surgery.
