The two Manchester clubs will not have to wait long to find out when and where their Champions League group-stage games will take place.
Following the draw in Monaco on Thursday, Manchester City and Manchester United have now discovered who they will be playing in the marquee European competition. United will take on Bayern Munich, FC Copenhagen and Galatasaray while City face RB Leipzig, Red Star Belgrade and Young Boys.
Group stage matches will be held between Tuesday, September 19 and Wednesday, December 13 when sides will either book their spot in the knockout rounds or be eliminated from the competition. Here are important dates and details you need to know before the Champions League gets under way.
