When people can expect to get their second DWP cost of living payment

People who receive certain benefits or tax credits are entitled to two payments to help with the current cost-of-living crisis.
The Government introduced the support to help people pay their bills with eight million households set to receive the £650 grant.
The cash was announced by Rishi Sunak over the summer in order to help people with rising bills and commodity costs. The one-off payment of £650 in total is paid out in two installments to people who receive means-tested benefits (such as Universal Credit).

The best news about this payment is that all those who are eligible do not need to apply for the money as it will be put into recipients' bank accounts automatically.

Most people have now received the first payment of £324 apart from people on Tax Credits who should start to see the money drop into their account from today (September 2).
In order to qualify for the cost of living payment under Tax Credits, you must have been entitled, or later found to be entitled, for any day in the period April 26, 2022, to May 25, 2022 to a payment of tax credits or an annual award of at least £26 of tax credits.
If you receive both Child Tax Credit and Working Tax Credit, you will receive a cost of living payment for the Child Tax Credit only. Furthermore, if you receive tax credits from HMRC and a low-income benefit from the DWP, you will only receive the payment from the DWP.
However many people will now be wondering when they can expect the second £324 payment to be made. According to the DWP here is when people on these benfits can expect to see cash in their account (they have not yet released
