HBO Max is making a ton of huge announcements!

It's that time of year when we can once again look forward to lighter evenings and warmer weather.
Clocks went forward one hour of Sunday morning meaning Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) has now been replaced with British Summer Time (BST).
The change happened at 1am when most people were likely tucked up asleep in bed. From that point, the hands of time moved forward an hour to 2am.

As a result Sunday will only be a 23-hour day - and it also means you will lose an hour of sleep.
But if you are still confused about what the time actually is right now then you can check by clicking HERE or looking at the clock which should display below (click the link if not).
This should correspond with the display on your mobile phone, tablet or another device. If it is connected to the internet by either data or Wi-Fi, the time should automatically change.
Benjamin Franklin first had the idea to change the clocks in autumn back in 1784.
He argued that people would benefit from extra daylight if they got out of bed an hour earlier.
But the idea wasn't introduced to the UK until 1916, when the first Daylight Saving Bill was brought in.
It's not for a while - autumn, in fact, before the clocks change back an hour.
The actual date is Sunday, October 29 - at 2am, the clocks will go back an hour to 1am. So an extra hour in bed for everyone. When the clocks go back, the UK is on Greenwich Mean Time.

Ellise Shafer A New York grand jury has voted to indict former president Donald Trump over an alleged 2016 hush money scheme, the New York Times reports. The Associated Press also confirmed the news with Trump’s lawyer, Joe Tacopina. Four people with knowledge of the matter told the New York Times on Thursday that the felony indictment “will likely be announced in the coming days.” As the indictment is sealed, the exact charges are unknown for now, but they have to do with his role in allegedly paying hush money to porn star Stormy Daniels in 2016, the Times reports. According to the AP, Trump is expected to surrender to authorities next week. The indictment makes Trump the United States’ first president to be criminally charged, and certainly puts a damper on his upcoming try for a second term in the 2024 election.

Gene Maddaus Senior Media Writer Santa Fe D.A. Mary Carmack-Altwies will step aside in the prosecution of Alec Baldwin for the fatal shooting of “Rust” cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, and has named two lawyers to take over the case. Carmack-Altwies appointed Kari Morrissey and Jason Lewis as special prosecutors on the case. Both are private attorneys based in Albuquerque. The move comes after Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer ruled on Monday that Carmack-Altwies could not continue to prosecute the case if she appointed a special prosecutor. Baldwin and “Rust” armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed were charged in January with involuntary manslaughter for the death of Hutchins. Gutierrez Reed mistakenly loaded a live round into Baldwin’s gun. Baldwin was holding it when it fired — he has denied pulling the trigger — killing Hutchins and wounding the film’s director.

Adam B. Vary Senior Entertainment Writer Liv Tyler is returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, 16 years after her last appearance. The actor will appear in 2024’s “Captain America: New World Order,” reprising her role from 2008’s “The Incredible Hulk” as scientist Betty Ross, the daughter of General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross. That role was originated by the late William Hurt, who reappeared several times for Marvel Studios, starting with 2016’s “Captain America: Civil War,” in which Ross had become Secretary of State. Harrison Ford is stepping into the role of Thaddeus Ross for “New World Order,” in which the character has become President of the United States.
It might feel longer, but it’s only been two weeks since “Everything Everywhere All At Once” triumphed at the 95th Academy Awards. And, thankfully, this is a year where there has been no fallout from a physical altercation on stage, an unnecessary ceremony at Union Station, or a Best Picture envelope mishap.
Gene Maddaus Senior Media Writer A judge on Monday blocked the Santa Fe district attorney from appointing a new prosecutor in the “Rust” case, marking another setback for the prosecution. Mary Carmack-Altwies, the elected D.A., said at a hearing Monday that the office is in “dire straits” due to a manpower shortage, and needs an outside lawyer to help prosecute Alec Baldwin and armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed for the October 2021 death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. But Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer ruled that the D.A. could not appoint a “special prosecutor” unless the D.A.’s office plans to recuse itself entirely from the case.
New York Post wrote a scathing editorial on Friday about Donald Trump, with a cover headline that calls the former president “deranged” and “bat hit crazy.”The editorial centers on Trump’s past behavior and reaction to the current real possibility of indictment in the criminal case he’s facing in New York related to hush money payments made to Stormy Daniels, with Trump warning of “death and destruction” should that happen.“He hasn’t changed in the slightest. There is no shame,” the editorial board wrote.
Gene Maddaus Senior Media Writer “Rust” armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed is seeking to block the appointment of a new prosecutor in her involuntary manslaughter case, after the first one resigned. Gutierrez Reed and actor Alec Baldwin have both been charged in the death of Halyna Hutchins, the cinematographer who was accidentally shot on set in October 2021. In a brief filed on Friday, Gutierrez Reed’s lawyer argued that Santa Fe District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies is misusing the New Mexico statute that allows for the appointment of an outside prosecutor. “The statute is not designed to give district attorneys a taxpayer-funded supplemental ‘war chest’ to prosecute cases involving ‘high profile’ actors or individuals,” wrote defense lawyer Jason Bowles.
