One of the biggest charity entertainment nights of the year is almost upon us, with many huge names uniting to raise money for BBC Comic Relief 2022, Red Nose Day tomorrow (Friday, March 18). This year’s programme will be hosted by Comic Relief legend Sir Lenny Henry, alongside Zoe Ball, Paddy McGuinness, Alesha Dixon, and David Tennant, all live from the studio.
This year, the three-hour programme will bring you the usual mix of great entertainment and inspiring stories of how your donations help Comic Relief projects here in the UK and worldwide.
The BBC state that donations throughout the night can be made by: visiting bbc.co.uk/rednoseday; calling 03457 910 910; or texting the word FIVE, TEN, TWENTY, THIRTY or FORTY to 70702 (to donate £5, £10, £20, £30, or £40). During the course of the evening, viewers can expect some huge names in the world of comedy and entertainment to provide plenty of laughs for a good cause.
