A senior ambulance service commander on the night of the Manchester Arena bombing has accepted he 'provided no leadership' in the first two hours after the attack.

An ambulance service commander has told the public inquiry into the Manchester Arena bombing why he didn't send more paramedics into the City Room blast zone.
Daniel Smith, an North West Ambulance Service consultant paramedic, was the operational, or 'bronze', commander on the ground.
"We do not, should not, must not, deploy into warm zones," he told the inquiry on Wednesday.
