Former Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has posted a training montage on social media as he awaits the next chapter of his career.
United and the Spanish goalkeeper decided to part ways in July after several months of negotiating his contract. Erik ten Hag was open to keeping the 32-year-old but wanted to reduce his wages and change his role in the first team.
De Gea decided not to renew with the Reds and is now a free agent. Meanwhile, United have brought in Champions League finalist Andre Onana to take on the No.1 role and the Cameroon international has largely impressed.
As for United's previous first choice, options have been few and far between. A transfer to another team in Europe has not come to fruition despite rumours Real Madrid were interested as a replacement for the injured Thibaut Courtois.

In a short video clip which is accompanied by the caption: "Work hard. Push yourself," De Gea is seen being put through his paces on the pitch as he looks to keep his fitness at a high level.
In the comments, De Gea has received support from some of his former United teammates. Captain Bruno Fernandes led the way, posting: "Way to go Kevin," with a laughing face while Juan Mata responded: "You are the one," followed by a red heart emoji.
United-linked full-back Marcos Alonso added: "Vamos Nino." A series of United stars also liked the post including; Tom Heaton, Victor Lindelof, Diogo Dalot, Luke Shaw,
