In the latest legal documents that have been released in New York as part of a long-settled defamation case, it is claimed she was quizzed about the time she said she spent with The Royal in the early noughties.
During a videoed legal deposition in January 2016, Ms Giuffre was asked by lawyers for famed US attorney Alan Dershowitz to tell of the alleged sex that she claims took place between her and the Duke of York.

She detailed her claims that the two visited the capital’s Tramp nightclub, after which she previously alleged she was loaned out to Andrew for sex by the Wall Street financier.
She was asked: “How long were you at the bar with Prince Andrew or at Club Tramp I should say?
A. “I would say over an hour but not two”.
Q “Did you have more than one drink?
A. “I believe I had two drinks. I'm not too sure if - I assumed that Andrew was drinking alcohol as well, but I'm not too sure if it was. He ordered the drinks, and
