He wrote, "Having had shingles, I know how painful and exhausting it can be" alongside a photo of himself with a swollen face.The TV presenter previously contracted the disease three years ago, and he said of the initial discovery of the symptoms - "I remember going to the bathroom mirror and jumping back in horror".
