Trippie Redd seemingly responds to being name-checked by Eminem on new album

Extended edition of her debut album will feature five unreleased songs

Despite wearing the loudest outfit in an arena crammed with 7,500 Bernie Sanders fans, Julian Casablancas didn’t have much to say about the Democratic Senator from Vermont. The Strokes were the headline entertainment at Sanders’ latest presidential campaign rally on Monday night at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, and Casablancas took to the stage dressed like a lounge lizard who’d just teleported from a Comic-Con in Atlantic City.

After announcing its release date at last night’s Bernie Sanders rally in New Hampshire, the Strokes have detailed their first album in seven years. The New Abnormal, produced by Rick Rubin, arrives April 10 via Cult/RCA. New York experimental quartet altopalo have announced their sophomore album. It’s called farawayfromeveryoneyouknow and it arrives April 24 via Samedi. Ahead of the new record, they’ve shared the new single “honey,” as well as a string of North American tour dates. The Eno brothers unite

Brian Eno and his brother, ambient composer Roger Eno, have announced their first-ever joint album. It’s titled Mixing Colours and it arrives on March 20 via Deutsche Grammophon. Listen to the first single, “Celeste,” below.

J Hus just dropped his sophomore album, Big Conspiracy. The LP arrives after multiple tracks leaked online, and it marks his first full-length since 2017’s Common Sense.

Move over Machine Gun Kelly, Macklemore, Ariana Grande, and everyone else Eminem mentioned on his new album, Music To Be Murdered By. It seems that the 47-year-old rapper’s next big feud is with Trippie Red, 20.

Since Mac Miller’s posthumous album, “Circles,” came out Friday, many fans have been convinced they heard Ariana Grande’s voice on the track “I Can See.” The late rapper’s reps responded to queries with a “no comment.” Now, his ex-girlfriend’s vocal cameo has been confirmed — or equivocally confirmed, at least — by the record’s producer, Jon Brion.
