Who is in the cast of Trigger Point series 2, episode 1? Lana Washington - Vicky McClure Vicky has reprised the lead role of the former soldier who is now a bomb disposal expert for the Metropolitan Police. In season two she's back from secondment in Estonia but is yet to return to active duty – that is until there's a bomb attack in the city of London.
Many viewers will recognise Vicky from her role as DI Kate Fleming on BBC's Line of Duty from 2012 to 2021, which became the star's big breakthrough. She has also appeared in the This Is England films and TV series, along with roles in Broadchurch, Alex Rider and Without Sin.
Danny - Eric Shango He appeared in season one as a relatively new recruit for the Met Police but is now seen as a confident professional. Eric is relatively new to the acting world with his first major role being in 2022's Trigger Point.
