Traitors tears! Stars crying over shock banishment on eve of nail-biting final

With just one more episode left to go until The Traitors declares the series 2 winners, the penultimate episode of the series bid farewell to another two contestants, Jasmine and Zack. Things first got off to a bumpy start when Zack was murdered by The Traitors in cold blood, just minutes into the show, despite having been directly responsible for having uncloaked Ross’ treachery the night before.
The loss of such a devoted Faithful completely blindsided the remaining contestants, especially as he had been so instrumental in uncloaking the Traitors so far, however Zack’s loss meant that the pool of potential suspects had narrowed considerably.
With only four Faithfuls remaining, Evie, Jaz, Jasmine and Mollie, there was everything to play for as Traitors Andrew and Harry continued to try and coast under the radar and remain undetected in the hopes of securing their place in the final. Despite the rising tensions and frequent theories being floated, the remaining contestants were able to put aside their suspicions to band together in the penultimate cash-building challenge of the series.
For the challenge, the contestants headed out to The Traitor’s monument, a strange stone structure in the middle of nowhere that was flanked by masked and cloaked ‘devotees’ of the Traitor way of life. The stars were then tasked with trying to decipher a number of puzzles in order to unlock £7000 for the prize fund - something that they successfully accomplished.
In a surprising twist however, host Claudia Winkleman also revealed that there would be no shields on offer during the challenge - as no murder would be taking place before the final. With the added safety net now in place, the Faithfuls breathed a much needed sigh of relief,
