He looked more confident than ever following "the hardest challenge of his life" - taking part in the new series of Celebrity SAS, which comes back to our TV screens next week.

Reality star Arg got a wake up call when doctors warned he was putting his life in danger, particularly during the pandemic when he was told Covid could kill him because he was in such poor health. Arg had a gastric sleeve procedure in 2021 and halved his weight, but has been working hard since then to keep the weight off and stay toned.
Now, the stunning results can be seen as he enjoys a relaxing break on the beach in Marbella where he could not look more comfortable with his new image. Arg, 35, wore a pair of green patterned swimming shorts and revealed his toned abs as he walked across the sunny beach, cooling down with an ice lolly.
Arg is part of the cast for the current series of Celebrity SAS, which filmed last year and was further proof of his new health and fitness. He proudly posted a photo from Celebrity SAS on Instagram and wrote: "I’m honoured to reveal that I have taken part in this years #SASWhoDaresWins "It was honestly one of the hardest physical and mental challenges of my life.
