Grammy Award-winning songwriter Ed Sheeran has won a U.K. copyright battle over the 2017 hit “Shape of You.”

50-year-old drummer died from a suspected overdose in his hotel room in Colombia where he had been due to appear with the band at a festival. Following the tragedy, the Foo Fighters cancelled their tour and pulled out of their scheduled performance at the 64th annual Grammy Awards where they were up for three prizes.

Tom Parker was remembered in The Grammys In Memoriam segment. The Wanted singer tragically passed away at the age of 33 after a battle with a brain tumour, and he was one of the stars remembered in a segment during the annual music awards ceremony in Las Vegas tonight.

Naman Ramachandran Concert for Ukraine, the fundraising event for the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal on Tuesday, saw £13.4 million ($17.6 million) raised from sponsorship, ad revenue, ticket sales and public donations. The two-hour event, which was live from the Resorts World Arena Birmingham, and broadcast exclusively on ITV and STV, featured performances from Anne-Marie, Becky Hill, Camila Cabello, Nile Rogers & Chic, Ed Sheeran, Emeli Sandé, Gregory Porter, Jamala, The Kingdom Choir, Manic Street Preachers, Nicola Benedetti, Snow Patrol and Tom Odell.A highpoint of the evening was a violin performance, which saw the recent viral video of young violinist Illia Bondarenko playing the Ukrainian folk song “Verbovaya Doschechka” from a basement shelter along with 94 violinists from around the world, joined up with a live performance in the room by Nicola Benedetti.

The two superstars performed their new hit song “Bam Bam” live for the first time at ITV’s ‘Concert for Ukraine.’ The event, which took place in Birmingham, U.K. on March 29, raised money for Ukraine as the country continues to face deadly attacks from Russian troops.

Ukrainian pop-rock band Antytila has released a now-viral TikTok video asking him whether they could perform “under the bombs” remotely from Kyiv — where there are based — during the upcoming Concert For Ukraine charity benefit. Sheeran is already set to take the stage alongside many other big-name acts during the March 29 concert at the Resorts World Arena in Birmingham, England.

Crosstown Concerts has announced a prize draw to raise money for the Disasters Emergency Committee’s Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. Artists who have donated prizes include Ed Sheeran, Elbow, The Chemical Brothers, Jack Savoretti, George Ezra and Pixies.Each prize is a special experience, with Sheeran offering three winners the chance to attend an Ipswich Town football club home game with him in his private hospitality box.Elbow, Savoretti, Snow Patrol, Razorlight and Pixies are all offering the chance to meet them backstage at a show.
