A TikTok star has been left heartbroken after marrying a 'narcissist' conman, who promised her love and left her with nothing.
The woman, who lives in Georgia, US, is named Reesa Teesa online, and she's posted over 50 videos to TikTok, in a series named 'Who TF did I Marry?' where she detailed her life with the 'pathological liar' and 'master manipulator' she married. She told of how he lied to her that he was the Vice President of a condiment company, when in actual fact, he was jobless throughout the majority of their relationship - even going to the lengths of pretending to go into work.
The man, who she called Legio' would, according to Reesa, promise to buy her lavish gifts, such as luxury cars or huge mansions, even faking phone calls with financial advisors and family members.
But when it came to purchase time, he would tell far-fetched excuses as to why the transaction hadn't gone through. In her video series, Reesa explained that she and Legion met online in 2020, and quickly started talking every day, as he told her he was a graduate from San Diego State University and a former Arena football player who had just moved to Georgia from California because his job had transferred him.
At the time, he also told her his job was the 'regional manager' of the condiment company that he later claimed to be the Vice President of, and said he'd recently divorced his partner after he discovered her 'cheating' on him. After talking over the phone and online for a while, the pair went on their first date at the Cheesecake Factory - a popular chain of restaurants in the US.
Then, Covid hit, and the subsequent lockdowns, so Reesa and Legion decided to live together, as they were already talking 'every day'. She explained: "I know
