Three masked thugs robbed two men at knifepoint as they washed their off-road bikes outside a Texaco petrol station in Salford. Daniel Bebro, a 17-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons and an unidentified man approached the group after filling up their car with petrol.
The driver, Bebro, stopped on a road nearby as his group put on black balaclavas. They then went back to the forecourt.
As the two men, who had been out riding off-road bikes, saw them approach, the unknown male threatened them with a knife. As Bebro, 22, and the teenager grappled with the men, the third man 'waved' the blade in front of them.
Both ended up with stab wounds.

Bebro and the teenager have both now been sentenced at Manchester Crown Court for robbery - and for separate offences in unrelated incidents. The court earlier heard of a previous incident, in October 2021, in which a man had returned home from a walk to find three masked men had broken in.
As two of the men scrambled to get out via the smashed patio doors, he managed to get hold of the third, later identified as Bebro. He was let go when they saw he had a crowbar.
The three men ran off into a waiting car. On March 26 last year, at around 5.50pm, a man was riding his new electric bike outside his home.
A VW Jetta pulled up alongside him before two men, including Bebro, got out of the car and grabbed him before trying to pull the bike from him. "He began shouting for his brother and dad to bring the dog out, and they both ran out with their family dog, a German Shepherd," David Bentley, prosecuting, said.
