Lyric Ross is entering the Marvel Cinematic Universe!
The 18-year-old actress is a breakout star from This Is Us after joining the cast in season two as Deja, Randall and Beth’s adopted daughter. The show is currently airing its final season.
Lyric has won a SAG Award along with the show’s cast and she was nominated last year for Outstanding Performance by a Youth at the NAACP Image Awards.

Lyric will star in the upcoming Disney+ series Ironheart, which will star Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams, “a brilliant teenage inventor who, in the comics, built her own version of the Iron Man suit in an MIT dorm,” according to THR.
It is being reported that Lyric will play Riri’s best friend.
Also starring in the series is In the Heights‘ Anthony Ramos, though his role is being kept under wraps.
