Salford now has the highest coronavirus infection rate in Greater Manchester, replacing Tameside.
The city recorded a rate of 120.2 cases per 100,000 people in the week ending March 18, according to the latest data from Public Health England.
The lowest infection rate is still in Trafford, where the rate is 43.0 cases per 100,000 people for the same period.
The Greater Manchester infection rate is now 95.6 cases per 100,000 population - which is higher than the national average of 56.3.
