The land is to be sold freehold, and anyone interested in the purchase should be aware that the woodland is to be kept as woodland in perpetuity and is to be managed primarily for biodiversity.
For any interested parties who want to view the woodland, the vendor asks that this is to be done on foot and that any vehicles can park on Castleton Road, before accessing the woodland via Squires Lane. Alternatively, interested parties can walk to the woodland along the Great Ridge.
