Petrol costs have surged yet again, with the average price for unleaded in the UK hitting a new high of 158.20p per litre, the latest data shows.
Figures from the RAC also show that diesel prices have risen, shooting up to 165.24p per litre, meanwhile super unleaded has soared to 169.93p.
Motorists have been warned that prices will continue to increase, as Russia's invasion of Ukraine continues.

The Manchester Evening News has come up with a list of 15 places that supply the cheapest petrol and diesel fuel across Manchester and a bit further afield.
Petrol prices can vary depending on supply and demand. These prices were correct at the time of writing (Wednesday, 9 March) but could change quickly as gas prices continue to increase.
All these locations are within five miles from the centre of Manchester. All data was collated from Petrolprices.com
