Shirley Ballas has cheekily addressed 'marrying' her Strictly Come Dancing co-star as she was seen working up a sweat during a fresh health kick. The BBC One dance contest's head judge is currently making the most of a retreat in Portugal ahead of taking on an epic challenge later this month.
She's also taking the time now to relax and get herself into a prime physical and mental health state ahead of the return of Strictly this autumn. Earlier this week, Shirley took to Instagram with a snap of herself in her swimwear while posing by the pool.
She said: "Relaxing by the pool. I’m resting and getting fit and ready for the busy months ahead with my Skyathlon and @bbcstrictly. Enjoying four juices a day, colonics, yoga, long hikes, spin class and a gym at @jasonvale ’s Juicy Oasis. There’s every form of fitness and a beautiful pool to relax in too. Fabulous time so far @lauransinclair Xxx."

And Shirley has since posted more content from her stay and was seen working up a sweat in what appeared to be a two-piece swimsuit while reading about Jason Vale's juice challenge in his book. She was then seen in the pool, in the sauna and doing a pilates class all with the book in hand.
"When you can’t put the book down... @jasonvale @juicemasterretreats," she started the caption of her post with a crying laughing emoji. "Having a marvellous time. [love heart]. Relaxing, rejuvenating and getting fit," she added with the inclusion of a flame emoji.
But it wasn't long before the comments were being filled with messages about Shirley's co-star after he inadvertently declared his love for her. In reaction to her upcoming Skyathlon challenge
