Songwriter-Producer Ian Fitchuk Signs Global Publishing Deal With Sony/ATV

New York’s Onyx Collective have teamed up with Ian Isiah for a new cover of Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart’s 1934 classic “Blue Moon.” Onyx Collective have also revealed the release date and tracklist for their upcoming album Manhattan Special: Onyx Collective Plays Rodgers & Hart / Rodgers & Hammerstein: It’s out April 24 via TMWRK.

Spirit Music Group has signed a publishing deal with Grammy-winning producer- songwriter and music publisher Christopher “Tricky” Stewart. The deal covers his future works, as Stewart sold his catalog to Hipgnosis Songs in 2018.

Warner Records has brought in music business veteran Stefan Max for the role of senior vice president of A&R, the label announced on Friday. Max is a 10-year WMG veteran, having joined Warner's Roadrunner Records in 2010 as director of A&R before making his way to Atlantic two years later as vp of A&R.Some of Max's top signings over the years include Young the Giant (at Roadrunner), and Icona Pop, Vance Joy and Absofacto (at Atlantic).
