Susan Lucci is revealing another TV opportunity she was offered – The Golden Bachelorette!
The 77-year-old actress, best known for starring on the soap All My Children for 41 years, claims in a new interview that she was asked to star on the upcoming The Golden Bachelor spinoff.

“I believe that they contacted my publicist and it wasn’t for me,” she told People. “I watched The Golden Bachelor. I really enjoyed watching The Golden Bachelor. This is a new addiction for me.”
Susan added that she only got into watching The Bachelor a couple seasons ago thanks to her assistant, but this opportunity just wasn’t for her.
“I didn’t pursue [it] when they called my publicist to see if I would be interested,” she said.
“It wasn’t for me, but I do love watching,” Susan added. “I’m a fan. I love watching.”
While she says they contacted her team to see if she would be interested, a source tells People that she was not offered the role.
