Sløtface announce 2023 UK and European tour

Dave Stewart has announced a UK and European tour featuring Eurythmics‘ greatest hits.Entitled ‘Eurythmics Songbook: Sweet Dreams 40th Anniversary Tour’, this will see Stewart hit the road with an female band for a series of shows which will mark 40 years since the band’s breakthrough album ‘Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)’.It comes after Stewart previously played a one-off show at the London’s Royal Festival Hall in 2019 featuring the band’s greatest songs, with the blessing of Annie Lennox, who no longer tours.The new dates, which kick off off in Switzerland on November 7, also include two UK shows at the Sunderland Empire on November 10 and the London Palladium on November 17.The tour wraps up in the Netherlands on November 28. The Twang have announced a run of shows for late 2023 – find all the details below.The Birmingham indie rockers will be kicking off the tour in Sheffield on November 24, before making stops in London, Glasgow, Manchester, Wrexham, Wolverhampton and Leicester.The dates will conclude with a hometown show at Birmingham’s O2 Institute on December 23. Lil TJay has announced a 2023 UK arena tour titled ‘Beat The Odds’ that will kick off this winter.Set to kick off in November, the Bronx-born rapper – whose real name is Tione Jayden Merritt – will be making stops at London’s OVO Arena Wembley, the O2 Academy Birmingham, the O2 Academy Glasgow and Manchester’s Mayfield Depot.Musicians Joony and Dina Ayada will be joining Lil TJay on his UK run as opening support. Tickets for the arena shows are set to go on general sale on Friday, September 8 at 10am local time.
