Sir Rod Stewart was spotted at Hampden Park last night as Scotland took on England in a friendly match.
The rocker, who considers himself 'spiritually' connected to Scotland as his father was from Edinburgh, lives in Essex but went along to the National Stadium on Tuesday evening to cheer on Scotland alongside the Tartan Army.
The 78-year-old, in true Rod fashion, donned a trendy tartan blazer and posed with broadcaster pal David Tanner, who shared the snap on Twitter.
David wrote: "The band are back together again! Available for Scottish Cup draws and Euro 2024 songs! #ScoEng."
Rod was also spotted on camera as the game aired on Channel 4 last night alongside his son Alastair.
Scotland fans drowned out England's national anthem of God Save the King with thunderous boos. The Tartan Army made their voices heard ahead of the 'friendly' clash with Gareth Southgate's men at the national stadium, with a familiar soundtrack of the anthem being mercilessly booed by the rowdy home support.
However, it wasn't meant to be for the Scots and they were beat 3-1.
Maggie May chanter Rod has previously opened up about his love for Scotland and how he's proud of his roots.
He even recently released his own brand of Scottish whisky called Wolfies.
Speaking about it, he said: "I have a lot of Scottish blood in me having a Scottish father, and I'm proud of my Scottish heritage.
"Whisky is the number one drink from Scotland. I wouldn't say it was a natural move — I didn't use to drink it, but I do now. I've actually fallen in love with whisky, and I like it in cocktails."
