Midlothian shop owner Tony and his physiotherapist son Zee bagged a quarter of a million pounds on Saturday night's programme – the second in the new series.
Tony, 52, and Zee, 30, were required to answer a series of questions correctly while building up as much money as they could.
Their appearance was teased in the final moments of last week's show so viewers have had to wait a week to see how they got on.
And they certainly didn't disappoint.
While they had the chance to win £750,000 had they opted to answer their final question on Jenga, they settled for their £250k sum and seemed pretty happy with their decision.
After securing the big bucks Tony described the win as 'life-changing money' before the pair shared a huge hug.
Prior to going on the show Zee revealed they entered together as they share a love for game shows, so fancied their chances.
Tony added: "We are super competitive with each other, but thought we’d enter so we could do something together."
When it comes to spending their winnings, both guys had already thought of some ideas.
Zee revealed: "My dream is to pay off my dad's mortgage."
Tony added: "I want to split any winnings between my family. As long as they are happy that’s all that matters."
