A dog with a rare eye condition that almost left him blind is now able to enjoy the great outdoors thanks to specially adapted goggles.
Border Collie Gus was diagnosed with a rare condition called Pannus when he was just one-year-old.

Speaking to the Record, Chloe said: "It didn't sink in straight away that this was something that he would have for the rest of his life.
"At first we thought the mark was a bit of dirt, but when it was still there the following day we took him to the vet.
"He's not an indoor dog so when we were told he couldn't go outside while the sun was out was just going to change our entire lives.
"I just couldn't believe it was happening.
"We'd never heard of Pannus so I went home and researched everything I could about the condition."
Chloe soon discovered that a company called Rex Specs sold secure eye protection for dogs which provide UV protection, blocking 99.9% of harmful rays.
The goggles are specifically designed for dog's with Pannus and without them Gus would have to stay inside.
