Sam Faiers’ boyfriend Paul Knightley has been working hard throughout the lockdown period and has lost two stone in weight. Paul, 32, has been showing off his impressive new physique on his social media after embarking on a diet and fitness regime, and even kept up with his daily workout sessions during the family's recent holiday to Spain.

Moving house can be a very stressful task for a lot of us, but Sam Faiers and Paul Knightley – who have moved house four times in their five years together – happily took it all in their stride. In fact, relocating from Hertfordshire to Surrey just a few days before the UK lockdown was actually “enjoyable” for them.
