Bridget Jones fans have gone wild after the stars of the hit movie about the ultimate singleton, Hugh Grant and Renee Zellweger, reunited at the 73rd annual EE British Academy Film Awards on Sunday night. After Renee won the Leading Actress gong for her role in Judy, she walked off stage and straight into the arms of her co-star Hugh, who was backstage.

It was an emotional night for Renee Zellweger at BAFTAs. The 50-year-old Hollywood star, who won the Best Actress award for her Judy Garland role in the film Judy, was seen welling up in the audience during more than one occasion at the ceremony.

Renée Zellweger may be a little embarrassed about it, but she’s got a pretty heaving awards shelf at home.The Bridget Jones star won the Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Actress for her role as Judy Garland in Judy recently, collecting an award that may well just sit next to her 2004 Best Supporting Actress Oscar. And – perhaps – her 2020 Best Actress gong too.

Brad Pitt, 56, was a man on the move in a photo taken at the Academy Awards Nominees Luncheon on Jan. 27! His fellow Oscars nominee Renée Zellweger, 50, happened to be in the picture taken at Hollywood’s Loews Hotel, too, but Brad didn’t stop to chat. He walked right on by without casting a glance in Renée’s direction (in the picture, at least).

And all that jazz!Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston weren't the only stars to reunite at Sunday's 2020 SAG Awards. Former  co-stars Renée Zellweger and Catherine Zeta-Jones also had a sweet run-in at the show. 

SAG Awards 2020 took place today and saw Hollywood actors getting honoured for their terrific performances in 2019. When it comes to the Actor for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role in a Motion Picture, in contention were Scarlett Johansson (Marriage Story), Charlize Theron (Bombshell), Lupita Nyoong'o (Us), Cynthia Erivo (Harriet) and Renée Zellweger (Judy).

The Screen Actors Guild Awards took place in Los Angeles on Sunday, with Hollywood’s biggest and brightest stars turning out for the ceremony.
