Rebel Wilson has revealed how she managed to shed almost three stone.The 40 year old, who recently said she would "consume 3,000 calories most days" before her incredible transformation, spoke out about her diet to her 9.3million fans in an Instagram live.

Rebel Wilson, 40, is at her goal weight of “just under 75 kgs”, which is roughly 165 pounds, and on December 1st she went live on Instagram to talk about her weight loss journey and share what she called the “Rebel triangle of health.” The Australian born actress, who won our hearts with her beloved portrayal of fat Amy in Pitch Perfect, explained to her followers that she focused on three different areas during her transformation: the physical; the nutritional; and the emotional.

Rebel Wilson has reached her goal! 2020 was the actress' «Year of Health,» and she's hit her goal weight with just over a month before she bids it farewell. «Hit my goal with one month to spare!» Wilson wrote on her Instagram Story on Saturday. «Even though it’s not about a weight number, it’s about being healthy, I needed a tangible measurement to have as a goal and that was 75 kg’s.»Wilson revealed in May that her goal weight was 75 kilos, or about 165 pounds.

The actress shared a pic on her Instagram story that showed a scale with 74.6 kgs, which is roughly 165 pounds, on it and used the caption to reveal the happy news with her followers. “Hit my goal with one month to spare! Even though it’s not about a weight number, it’s about being healthy, I needed a tangible measurement to have as a goal and that was 75kg’s,” the caption read.

Rebel Wilson is continuing to flaunt her best body ever as she’s lost over 40 pounds in 2020 and seems to have kept going. While she has been regularly seen in tight leggings and t-shirts while going on her long daily hikes, her mid-section is now so trim that she’s showing it off in crop tops. The 40-year-old actress donned a black sports bra with matching black leggings in a Nov. 17 Instagram photo, where her shrinking bare waistline was so evident.
