The Razzie Awards will no longer be giving a “special award” to Bruce Willis following the actor’s diagnosis with aphasia.

A change of heart. The Razzie Awards have walked back their decision to continue their “Worst Performance by Bruce Willis in 2021” award following the actor’s recent health issues.

Yesterday, it was announced by Bruce Willis‘ family that the action star would be stepping away from acting. Willis has been diagnosed with aphasia, a neurological condition that affects the ability to speak, write or understand language.

One day after Bruce Willis’ family announced the actor was taking a step back from acting after being diagnosed with the cognitive condition aphasia, the Golden Raspberry Awards are rescinding Willis’ recent “worst performance” award.
