Rangers fan suffered severe injuries after trying to scale a lamppost to attach a flag ahead of the club celebrating their title win. The supporter, known as Gary, was badly injured after falling from a set of ladders in Lorne Street and has been left unable to work.
He was left with a broken hip, a broken ankle and a broken elbow as well as smashing his heel in the accident. The Pride of Govan group has now launched a fundraising page to "get Gary back up the ladders".
