It has been claimed the Queen's recent absences are due to a fear of history repeating itself.The Queen's sister, Princess Margaret, continued to appear in public after a series of strokes, six months before her death.The monarch is fast approaching her 96th birthday, but she still carries out a large number of duties herself, which include several in-person functions, as well as her regular conversations by phone with Prime Minister Boris Johnson and sifting through and signing documents in her red box on a daily basis.
