Janette Manrara has sent a new message to her fans giving an update on her pregnancy. The Strictly Come Dancing star is expected to give birth any day now, after previously revealing her due date would fall in the summer.
In February Janette and her husband Aljaž Škorjanec announced the news they were expecting. The dancing couple, who wed in 2007 years before they both joined the BBC One dance show, have since shared their excitement at becoming parents for the first time.
The couple were just about to start IVF treatment when they found out Janette was pregnant. The dancer-turned-presenter has since been keeping her fans and followers updated on her journey to motherhood.

In a new Instagram Story on Thursday (July 20), Janette posted a short clip of herself smiling, bobbing her head and giving a thumbs up gesture as she sat on her sofa wearing a white dress with a print of blue stars. In the caption she revealed she had been for a particular treatment as well as a pregnancy check-up.
"Had some acupuncture today and hoping that will help with the back pain," she said. "Can barely walk now, but had a check-up yesterday and baby and I are doing good! More rest on the schedule today."
Janette, 39, joined Strictly in 2013 but stepped down as a professional dancer in 2021 when she began hosting Strictly spin-off It Takes Two, on BBC Two, alongside Rylan Clark. She is expected to present this year's series of It Takes Two with Fleur East following Rylan's departure after four years.
The BBC has given the first clue as to when 2023's Strictly journey will officially begin as people can now apply for tickets to be in the audience.
