Charlotte Dawson has addressed fans' comments as she told them 'I'm aware' after being seen cradling her bare baby bump. The reality TV star is currently soaking up some sun with her fiance Matthew Sarsfield and their two-year-old son Noah ahead of becoming a family of four.

But ahead of their family expanding Charlotte, Matt and Noah have headed on a sunny holiday to Mallorca and Charlotte has recently taken to Instagram with a stunning picture of herself in a black bikini while she held her growing bump.
