Police swooped down on a house in Gorton this morning to raid a home as part of ‘ongoing investigation’.
Greater Manchester Police say they carried out the warrant at 7:20am this morning (Sunday, July 24). Officers remain at the scene as of 3pm, a spokesperson added.
The raid on the address in Maybury Street in Gorton led to three arrests. They remain in custody for questioning, the Manchester Evening News has been told.

A statement from GMP said: “On Sunday 24 July 2022 at 7:20am officers carried out a warrant as part of an ongoing investigation at a property on Maybury Street, Gorton. Three males were arrested during the warrant and remain in custody for questioning.
“Officers remain on scene for ongoing searches. GMP take reports of criminality seriously and we will deal with them robustly.
“Anyone with information regarding drugs or other criminal activity should report it to us by calling 101 or report online via www.gmp.police.uk .”
