Police have released CCTV images of a man they believe could be linked to an assault that happened in Glasgow earlier this year.
The images show a man of slim build, dressed in a grey hooded tracksuit top with a black and white North Face logo and a pair of matching grey tracksuit bottoms. His face is partially obscured by the hood.
Officers from Police Scotland believe the man in the image may be able to assist them with enquiries into a serious assault that happened at around 10.05pm on Tuesday March 8 2022 in the city centre's Howard Street, close to the northern banks of the River Clyde.
They have asked anyone who may recognise the man to get in touch as soon as possible - and have directly appealed to him to come forward.
Detective Constable Mark McCallum, of the Greater Glasgow Division, said: “The man, or anyone who recognises him or can help us to identify him - please contact officers as soon as possible.”
Anyone with any information should contact Police Scotland on 101 and quote incident number 3385 of 8 March, 2022.
Alternatively, an anonymous report can be made to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 111 555.
