Pitchfork Music Festival Berlin 2020 has been canceled in response to coronavirus. The festival was scheduled to take place at Tempodrom in Berlin, Germany from May 8-9. The lineup included Lianne La Havas, Modeselektor, Tim Hecker, John Talabot, Kelly Lee Owens, rRoxymore, and Nick Hakim. There is no makeup date and all ticket buyers will be refunded. BERLIN -- Locked down due to the coronavirus pandemic, the nightclubs in the German capital have decided to keep the beat going — at least online.
Chicago festival Lollapalooza took to social media this morning to announce that it is holding off on revealing its 2020 lineup. The long-running festival is set to take place at Grant Park from July 30 - Aug. 2, but its fate is uncertain as organizers continue to watch the coronavirus crisis push events into the fall or later.

FRANKFURT, Germany -- Iranian director Mohammad Rasoulof's “There Is No Evil” won the Golden Bear prize Saturday for best picture at the Berlin Film Festival. Rasoulof wasn't there to accept the award due to a travel ban imposed on him by Iranian authorities.
