BBC have shared details of their coverage for next month’s Glastonbury Festival.Glastonbury 2023 – which will be held from June 21-25 at Worthy Farm in Pilton, Somerset and headlined by Arctic Monkeys, Guns N’ Roses and Elton John.Yesterday (May 30), the full line-up and stage times were shared, with new names added including Queens Of The Stone Age and Rick Astley.Now, details of the full TV and radio schedule for Glastonbury’s BBC coverage has been shared.BBC Music’s presenters for the festival include Lauren Laverne, Jo Wiley, Clara Amfo and Jack Saunders, with pre-festival programming including an updated version of the Glastonbury: 50 Years & Counting documentary, first shared for last year’s event.From there, over 40 hours of TV coverage will be broadcast alongside 85 hours of live radio broadcast from the festival.New for 2023 includes British Sign Language on Pyramid Stage performances, a ‘Glastonbury’s Greatest Hits’ show streaming on iPlayer from June 19-25 and running down the best performances from past years, a new We Love Glastonbury documentary and more.Emily Eavis said: “We’ve worked in partnership with the BBC since 1997, and they’ve become an incredibly valuable part of what we do at Glastonbury. Judi Dench said: 'Here is a good luck message for Mae Muller' while Gemma Collins could later be heard saying: 'Mae Muller, the GC loves you baby.

Some viewers of BBC One’s Coronation Concert were left confused after Jordan Banjo took to presenting duties alongside Clara Amfo, despite the star currently taking part in I'm a Celebrity… South Africa. Jordan, who rose to fame on Britain’s Got Talent as part of dance group Diversity, shocked fans when he appeared at Windsor Castle to present the show, leading some viewers to believe that he’d flown all the way from South Africa for the occasion. In fact, with the ITV show currently airing, other viewers believed that the broadcaster had spoiled the show by revealing that 30 year old Jordan had been evicted from the jungle - just in time for the concert.

Tonight, as we were confronted with the concert’s arbitrarily assembled ensemble, it’s clear we were probably only a few refusals away from witnessing the Duke of York bashing a tray with a spoon.

Thirty Seconds To Mars, Self Esteem and other acts have been added to BBC Radio One‘s Big Weekend 2023 line-up.Jonas Brothers, Headie One, Tom Grennan, Jess Glynne, Rudimental, Pale Waves, Mimi Webb, ArrDee, Romy, Joel Corry, FLO, Piri, and The Snuts are also the latest additions to the three-day festival, which takes place over Dundee’s Camperdown Park between May 26 and May 28.On Saturday, 27 May, Jonas Brothers and The 1975 will headline the main stage, with Jonas Brothers opening and The 1975 closing. Saturday and Sunday (May 28) tickets go on sale this Friday (March 24) 8.30am GMT here.Friday, 25 May will see the Big Weekend host a special dance music line-up (get details here).

Channel 4 has announced The Big Breakfast will return this summer with hosts Mo Gilligan and AJ Odudu.After the show was revived for a one-off special as part of Channel 4’s Black To Front day in September last year, the show has been commissioned for four episodes which will air in August.The Big Breakfast originally aired from 1992 to 2002, when it was hosted by the likes of Chris Evans, Richard Bacon, Gaby Roslin, Johnny Vaughn and Denise Van Outen.Vivienne Molokwu, Channel 4 senior commissioning editor, said: “I genuinely believe that the Black To Front Project unearthed one of the best presenting double acts that telly has seen in sometime in bringing Mo and AJ together for The Big Breakfast so it’s absolutely no surprise that we’re reuniting them for more early morning madness and making them a regular staple of our summer schedule.”Gilligan has presented The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan on Channel 4 since 2019. EastEnders star Rose, 27, who was the first deaf contestant to take part in Strictly, and pro partner Giovanni, 31, won the 2021 series of Strictly Come Dancing in December. The duo left viewers sobbing on Strictly when they performed a stunning Couple's Choice dance to Clean Bandit's Symphony, where they included a "special" silent moment in their dance to celebrate the deaf community.
