A city-centre bakery specialising in New York-inspired giant cookies, doughnuts and sweet bakes is launching its very own bakery and cafe at the former Manchester Cat Cafe site in the Northern Quarter. Branching out from its cookies and doughnuts, diners can expect some imaginative brunch items, from bacon butties in Shokupan bread and whipped avocado on toast, to Gooey French toast. The latter is stuffed with dulce de leche and maple syrup, topped with French salted butter - guaranteed to become on of their most popular plates.
