A nurse who once tipped the scales at 18 stone has transformed her life by adopting a simple exercise routine. Samantha Abreu, 25, swapped her XL scrubs for a size small after losing seven stone by walking 10,000 steps a day.
Samantha confessed that she had always battled with her weight, reaching a peak of 18st 1lb and a size 22. She would often overeat, indulging in toast and cereal even after dinner, and despised any form of physical activity.
