Manchester United are reportedly doing checks on Brentford striker Ivan Toney ahead of a potential summer transfer approach.
Toney is set to leave the Bees at the end of the campaign after stating on several occasions he wants to make a move to a 'big club'. At 28, this summer is likely to be one of the final chances for Toney could make that switch to a club of United's stature.
Since returning from his gambling ban in January, Toney has scored four goals for the struggling Bees and bagged his first for England on Tuesday night during a 2-2 draw with Belgium at Wembley Stadium. According to HITC, United are prepared to make a move for the forward in the summer but the current asking price of £100m would need to be negotiated down.

Meanwhile, Christian Eriksen's United future appears to be at risk according to Football Insider. The media outlet claims that the Dane will be offered out to clubs in the summer after his importance to the team dwindled this campaign.
It is claimed that Erik ten Hag sees Scott McTominay and Kobbie Mainoo ahead of the 32-year-old, as well as others at the club. United are reportedly hoping to cash-in on the Saudi Pro League's interest in the midfielder as they continue their aspirations to become a force in football.
