Netflix has unveiled the cast joining Keira Knightley and Ben Whishaw in upcoming thriller Black Doves.
Joining the Black Doves cast are Luther Ford, his first major role since playing Prince Harry in The Crown, Bafta-winner Adeel Akhtar (Fool Me Once), Tracey Ullman (The Tracey Ullman Show) and Finn Bennett (True Detective: Night Country).
From Joe Barton, Black Doves stars Knightley and Whishaw as two spies on a mission in London at Christmas, working for a shadowy organization led by Sarah Lancashire. They set off to investigate who killed Jason and why, leading them to uncover a vast, interconnected conspiracy linking the murky London underworld to a looming geopolitical crisis.
Trailer was unveiled two weeks ago at Netflix’s See What’s Next event in London, which featured the likes of Benedict Cumberbatch, Billie Piper and Jack thorne.
Chernobyl producer Sister is behind Black Doves with Barton’s Noisy Bear. EPs are Jane Featherstone (Chernobyl, This Is Going To Hurt), Chris Fry (Kaos, Giri/Haji), Knightley and Barton. Directors are Alex Gabassi (The Crown) and Lisa Gunning (The Power).

Naman Ramachandran Netflix has unveiled a spectacular trailer for Sanjay Leela Bhansali‘s series “Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar.” The series is set in Heeramandi, Lahore, British India, where Mallikajaan (Manisha Koirala) rules over an elite house of courtesans. She schemes, fearing no one — until the return of her late nemesis’ daughter, Fareedan (Sonakshi Sinha), brings tensions in the house to a boil. Outside, the city is also roiling, with revolutionaries demanding India’s freedom from British rule, with Bibbojaan (Aditi Rao Hydari), one of Mallikajaan’s daughters, joining the fight for freedom.

On his last mission, Hole has to partner with a corrupt cop to investigate the murder of a woman.
