Whether you’re celebrating or commiserating your A-Level or GCSE results this month, some much needed comfort food is being served up courtesy of Nando’s. The chicken brand will once again be offering free peri-peri to students picking up their GCSE, A–Level or equivalent results, in restaurants across the UK.
Their popular Results Day promotion is making a comeback and will give students receiving their grades the chance to claim a ¼ chicken or Starter. All you have to do is show your results slip at the till, in-restaurant.
To be eligible you must first be aged between 15-19 and a legal resident of the United Kingdom. You must also be collecting your A-Level, GCSE or equivalent results such as BTEC in 2022, on the relevant results day.

Make sure you check the date you received your results to see if you are eligible, below are the relevant days you just have received your results in order for the promotion to be valid.
For those heading off to university, Nando’s will also be recommencing recruitment for its annual Student Brand Ambassadors. From Friday, August 5, new students will be able to find out more about how to become a Nando’s Ambassador on campus, at universities across the UK.

Tony Dow, the American child actor who went on to direct 24 episodes of the British sitcom Only Fools and Horses, has died aged 77. Although well known as Wally Cleaver on the US sitcom Leave It to Beaver in his younger days, he came to Britain and directed some of the best loved shows of Only Fools, including Yuppy Love, containing the bar-flap incident voted the country's favourite comedy moment. His death was confirmed by Frank Bilotta, who represented Dow in his work as a sculptor, in an email to the Associated Press.
