Jaden Thompson Mindy Kaling‘s upcoming Netflix comedy series centered on pro-basketball has added Max Greenfield, Uche Agada and Dane DiLiegro to the cast. Kaling’s latest project, still untitled, features Kate Hudson in the lead role.

EXCLUSIVE: Max Greenfield (The Neighborhood, Unfrosted: The Pop-Tart Story), Uche Agada (Rise) and Dane DiLiegro (Prey, American Horror Stories) have joined Mindy Kaling‘s Netflix series, set in the world of pro basketball, in recurring roles.

Naman Ramachandran Bollywood star Sonakshi Sinha is all praise for her director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, whose anticipated magnum opus series “Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar” is due on Netflix this year. Netflix describes the series as “an epic saga of love, power, revenge and freedom.” With a cast that also includes Manisha Koirala, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sharmin Segal, Richa Chadha, and Sanjeeda Sheikh, the series is set in the midst of multiple power struggles in Heeramandi, Lahore (now part of Pakistan) and more generally in undivided, pre-independence India, where anti-colonial freedom movements were emerging.

Nick Robinson (“Maid,” “A Teacher”), Diana Silvers (“Booksmart,” “Space Force”), Lucas Till (“X-Men” film franchise, “MacGyver”), Lamar Johnson (“The Last of Us,” “Brother”), Aisling Franciosi (“The Nightingale,” “God’s Creatures”), and Natalia del Riego (“Hail Mary,” “Promised Land”) have all joined the series.
