Meghan Markle Makes First TV Appearance Since Royal Exit, Discusses Disney+ Film ‘Elephant’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are still using the name Sussex Royal, despite The Queen banning them from doing so.The couple announced they were stepping down as "senior members" of the Royal family earlier this year, carrying out their final engagement in March.They were expected to stop using the name Sussex Royal after leaving their office on 1 April but their website is still active over one month later.

Meghan Markle has lost the first round of her High Court case against Mail On Sunday newspaper in England. Meghan filed a case against the British tabloid for printing a letter she wrote to her father, for not attending her wedding that took place in May 2018, without her consent. She sued the newspaper for invasion of privacy and copyright infringement. It was announced on March 1 that the judge dismissed a chunk of a lawsuit brought by Meghan.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had a legal setback on Friday in their court battle against a U.K. tabloid.

Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, has lost an early round in her privacy case against U.K. newspaper Mail on Sunday over its publication of a letter to her estranged father.

Smart Works is an organisation that helps women in the workplace through job interview training and also provides appropriate clothing for them.

Meghan Markle made her first appearance since her royal exit. The former Duchess of Sussex has lent her voice to Disney Plus' upcoming movie Elephant. The makers shared a glimpse of her contribution in the movie through the trailer shared earlier this month. Now, the actress appeared on Good Morning America in a pre-recorded video. In the interview aired on April 20, Meghan said, "I’m really grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of bringing the story of elephants to life."

However, her appearance on “Good Morning America” was prerecorded.The clip was to promote “Elephant,” the Disneynature documentary the 38-year-old narrated for the Disney+ streaming service, Us Weekly reported.

Meghan Markle was briefly back on our TV screens.  Just over a month since the Suits alum and Prince Harry's final royal engagement as senior working members of the royal family, the Duchess of Sussex is back in the spotlight for a very special project.
