Meghan Markle appeared to be all smiles as she took a selfie with a fan despite the looming release of "bombshell book", Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the war between the Windsors.The Duchess of Sussex, 40, was snapped on Monday July 18 attending a lunch date at the Crosby Hotel, New York, with an unidentified woman. Meghan, who was wearing a soft pink blouse with a pair of navy mini shorts, even had time to speak with a passer-by and grab a quick picture with them.The royal accessorised her outfit by wearing a delicate gold watch with several matching bracelets.
