The Duchess of Sussex famously received her big break when she starred as Rachel Zane in the hit legal series Suits - something which she has now addressed on her and Prince's Harry's brand new website. Despite it being rumoured that Meghan is in "advanced talks" to make a return to the silver screen, her focus appears to be in another direction as the recent low-profile launch of Sussex.com suggests the Duchess has her sights set on new endeavours.
On the couple's newly launched website, just 25 of the 590 words on Meghan's 'About Me' section mentions her acting career - with the focus instead being drawn to the work she has done alone and with Harry. Meghan is labelled as a "feminist and champion of human rights and gender equity," before going on to mention The Archewell Foundation, which she and Harry launched in 2020 to help communities in need.
Also receiving a key mention is her short-lived Spotify podcast, Archetypes. Despite lasting just one season, Meghan sees it as a triumph, celebrating its debut at number one in five countries, including the UK and US, eventually topping the charts in 47 countries.
Meghan's accolade as a New York Times best-selling author for her children's book The Bench, and her advocacy for mental health, also receives a substantial mention, before going on to speak about their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Questions have been flying about Meghan and Harry's next steps as their Netflix deal nears its end next year, after it was rumoured not to be renewed and that the couple were considering other avenues - including a deal with Paramount Plus.
